Charter Alternative Programs Awarded a Prestigious California Department of Education Dissemination Grant
Charter Alternative Programs was awarded and recently completed a prestigious three year California Department of Education Dissemination Grant. Dissemination grants recognize and empower outstanding California schools to share their proven best practices with both charter and traditional public schools. The grant, which was funded through the 2006-07 school year, allowed us to share information and support to other schools so that our exceptional program elements can be replicated. Dissemination grant recipient schools are avenues of educational reform and choice, offering more students the opportunity to learn California’s rigorous academic state content standards.
